Data processing: Parties Involved
The Data Controller overseeing user data is responsible for security measures that prohibit non-authorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data.Data processing is carried out through IT and/or telematic methods, organized using logic closely related to indicated purposes. In certain cases, people other than the Data Controller may have access to collected data, including those responsible for website organization (administrative, marketing, sales, and legal personnel, as well as system administrators), and external figures (technical service providers, couriers, hosting providers, tech companies and communication/marketing agencies) and if necessary, Processing Managers, nominated by the Controller. A complete, current list of Managers can be requested at any time from the Controller.
Legal Basis for Data Processing
The Data Controller manages user data based on one of the following conditions:
When the user gave consent for one or more specific purpose; Note: in certain cases, the controller can use data without user consent or another legal basis (later defined) if the user has not selected to opt out. However, this cannot be applied to personal data regulated and protected by EU legislation;
When data processing is necessary to execute a contract with the user, and/or necessary for the application of pre-contractural requirements;
When data processing is necessary in fulfilling legal obligation towards the Data Controller;
When data processing is necessary to carry out tasks destined for the public or for public authorities related to the Controller;
When data processing is necessary in the Controller’s or Third Parties’ pursuit of legitimate interests;
The Data Controller can be asked to clarify the concrete legal reasons for processing, and specifically, if the processing is based on the law, conditions of a contract, or necessary to close a contract.

Data processing takes place in the Controller’s offices, and any other location where additional parties are based. For further information, please contact the Data Controller.
The user’s personal data may be shared in other countries. For further information, please consult the Personal Data Processing section.
The user has the right to obtain information concerning the legal basis for data use outside the EU, or by an international organization such as the UN, as well as security measures adopted by the Data Controller.
If data processing of the aforementioned has taken place, the user can consult the respective sections of this document, or contact the Data Controller using the previously provided contacts.
Length of Data Conservation:
Data is maintained for the period required by the individual specific processing purposes, as long as the user has not requested otherwise, whereas the data will be eliminated immediately.
Therefore:
Personal Data collected for the execution of a contract between the Controller and User will be maintained until the contract has been fully executed.
Personal Data collected for the Controller’s legitimate purposes will be maintained until the purposes have been fulfilled. The user can obtain information concerning these purposes in the relative sections or by contacting the Controller.
When the user has given consent for processing, the Controller can maintain data until the user revokes consent.
The Controller may be required by law to maintain data for a said, lengthier period of time.

The Data Controller’s Legitimate Interests
The Data Controller’s legitimate interests in data processing are bound to the contractural obligations agreed upon by both parties. As expressed in Art. 6, data processing is lawful based on the express consent, provided in writing, by the interested party. The obligatory or optional provision of data could be the result of a lack of response: you must provide personal data until agreed-upon services have been provided. In the case of refusal, it may be impossible to complete the registration process, and the service provider may not be able to respect contractural obligations.

Your data will be handled and processed by the Data Controller, the nominated Processing Manager, and other authorized members of the staff. Your data will not be shared with third parties.
